Mary Kuntz, owner of Premadaya, and her
husband, Ed, began getting involved in Eastern culture more
than 10 years ago. Both Ed and Mary submerged themselves in
Eastern philosophy, tai chi, yoga and meditation. Ed
received a Masters of Acupuncture degree from Northwest
Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental medicine in Seattle,
Washington. He practices in Queensbury, and Delmar, NY.
Mary has been a massage
therapist for 10 years, and received her training in
Seattle, now working in both Queensbury and
Saratoga Springs, NY.

Mary was inspired to launch Premadaya as a result of
her love of Eastern culture. "I love bringing the beauty and peace
of mind, of the east into our home and wanted to share that with
others. We also wanted to incorporate ayurvedic tonics and
nutritional supplies into our business because they have had such a
profound effect in our practices, and in our direct experiences. I
feel Eastern culture helps promote a balance that's needed in
Westerners busy and stressful lifestyles." |

Dear thanks to those who've helped...
I'd like to thank my Uncle Frank and Aunt Francie for all of
their help and support. Without them the store would not have been
possible.
I would like to thank both of my
parents. In particular my mom, for her love and support
and for inspiring me to follow through on what I love to do.
Peace,
Mary Kuntz |
